RESERVATION POLICIES:

We offer a convenient self check-in process where you can arrive anytime between 3:00-11:00pm. We will send you the information regarding the self check-in with door code prior to your arrival. Please call the Ron at 707-257-1588 if you need assistance with the self-check-in process or have any questions during your stay.

Reservations are confirmed by payment of total stay at time of booking. Stahlecker House is an operating Inn within the City of Napa so please note that a 15% City Tax will be added to your nightly rate.

FREE off street parking, and complimentary WiFi throughout provide guests with one of the best values to be found in the Napa Valley.

Posted rates are for up to double occupancy, rooms that can accommodate more than 2 persons have an additional fee of $50.00 per person. There is a two night minimum on the weekends (Fri-Sat) for all rooms.

We are a completely non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises, or unusual cleaning.

Please note that we do not offer a breakfast service.  We do provide a complimentary 24/7 self-serve Coffee & Tea station with light snacks.

Guests will enjoy their private room with attached private bathroom. The living room, dining area and back patio are shared spaces with other guests.

We interact with our guests as much or as little as you would like. We are more than happy to share ideas for great wineries and restaurants. We do live on the property, but the main Inn where your room is located is in a separate building on the property. 

Our space is not suitable for children (0-12) or pets.

No smoking, parties, or events allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival date.

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival date.
