STAHLECKER HOUSE INN
Stahlecker House Inn was built in the late 1940's on the grounds of an apple orchard. The first building constructed was a family bakery noted for their fine birthday and wedding cakes. Later the main residence was constructed for the baker and his family.
The Stahlecker family purchased the home in the 1980's and we have been hosting people for over 35 years and absolutely love it. We have met so many wonderful guests from every corner of the world. We are always happy to help our guests with suggestions of places to visit while in the Napa Valley.
- Perfect location to enjoy your stay in Napa Valley's prestigious wine region. Our place is on one acre and feels secluded with the Napa Creek running at the rear of the property.
- We are just a 5 minute drive (1.6 miles) to the heart of downtown Napa’s restaurants, tasting rooms and shops.
- Guests will enjoy their private room, private bathroom, and share the living room, back patio and the grounds with other guests.
- Please note that we do not offer a breakfast service. We do provide a 24/7 coffee and tea station with light snacks.
- The only two areas on the property we ask guests not to use are the kitchen in the main house and the wood stairs at backside of barn.
- We use a keyless door code system. Door codes will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival.
- There is ample off street free parking right in front of our property.
- Please note that Stahlecker House Inn is not a hotel. We have no front desk nor do we offer a breakfast service. If you are someone who prefers a normal hotel experience our place might not be the type of accommodation you're looking for. If you are looking for a unique experience where you can have a private room and bath in a large secluded location then our place is for you. Please thoroughly read descriptions and view photos prior to booking.
- Traveling with a group? We do have up to 5 rooms all with private baths that can be booked depending on availability.

Merge onto US-101 North toward San Francisco
Merge onto I-380 West via exit 423B toward I-280/San Bruno

Take Highway 37 exit (at Novato) east to Highway 121
Turn left onto 121 toward Napa

RESERVATION POLICIES
RESERVATION POLICIES:
CHECK-IN TIME: After 3:00pm
Note: We offer a convenient self-check-in process where you can arrive any time after 3:00pm.
CHECK-OUT TIME: No later than 11:00am
Note: Since bookings are pre-paid, there is no formal check out process.
· We will send you the information regarding the self-check-in process along with door codes prior to your arrival.
· Please call 707-257-1588 if you need assistance with the self-check-in process or have any questions during your stay.
PAYMENT: Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking. Total room rate will be charged five days prior to check-in date. Stahlecker House is an operating Inn within the City of Napa so please note that a 15% Transient Occupancy Tax will be added to your nightly rate.
PARKING: Complimentary off-street parking right in front of our place is available for all our guests.
FOOD ITEMS: Please note we do not offer a breakfast service. We do provide a complimentary 24/7 self-serve Coffee & Tea station with light snacks. Your room will also have a mini refrigerator with complimentary sodas and waters.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at our property. ADA-defined service animals are allowed at no additional cost. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a service animal.
CHILDREN POLICY: Our space is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
SMOKING POLICY: We are a completely non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding. We reserve the right to charge $250 for any damage to or removal of items from the premises, or unusual cleaning needs due to a guest smoking in our property or rooms.
HOUSEKEEPING: Our housekeeping staff will enter for our stay-over guests (more than two nights) on the third morning of your stay to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans and make the bed. If you do not want this service, then please email us and the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. INTERNET SERVICE: We do offer complimentary WiFi service throughout our property and in our guest rooms. The internet log-in information will be located on the ‘Welcome to Stahlecker House’ sign in your room.
ENVIRONMENT: Our guests will enjoy their own private room with attached private bathroom. The living room, dining area and back patio are shared spaces with other guests. We interact with our guests as much or as little as you would like. We are more than happy to share ideas for great wineries and restaurants. We do live on the property, but the main Inn where your room is located is in a separate building on the property.
PARTIES AND EVENTS: No weddings, parties, or events allowed.
OCCUPATION POLICY: Each of our rooms can accommodate up to two guests. The exception is our Cabernet Suite and Hepburn Room, which can accommodate up to 3 adults for an additional $50 per night. During our peak season there is a two-night minimum on the weekends (Fri-Sat) for all rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
· Guests can cancel free of charge until 5 days before the arrival date.
· The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel 5 days or less before the arrival date.
· No credits or refunds on early departures.
· Reservations are not transferable to any other person(s).
· We reserve the right to refuse service or reservations.
